- Cancellations made more than 14 days before trip start date will be charged a one-time fee of only $10/Person. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less then 14 days, will be charged a one- time fee of $30/person.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days of your trip start date will be charged a one-time cancellation fee of $120/person cancellation fee.
- We will not be responsible to provide any refund if guest deliberately chooses to abandon the tourism package and engage in other activities that are beyond the scope of our business.
- All refund scenarios not listed herein will be at the discretion of Africa Waka Waka.
Cancellations of Reservation at Preferred Hotel Partners:
- Upon arrival in Sierra Leone, cancellation of room reservation at our preferred hotel partners will incur a fee of $75/per night/per room.
- All cancellations that occur within 48 hours of check-in time will not be refunded.
- All refund scenarios not listed herein will be a Africa Waka Waka’s discretion.
